As we are a small business, in order for our returns procedure to run smoothly we kindly request the following:  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return it to us unworn and with tags in place for a refund within 14 days of purchase.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  Please return items to:

Exchanges
We are a smaller business than we look from our website and at times stock can run quite low. So if you would like an exchange please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new, separate order online. This can save the bothersome issue of us selling out of your item by the time your returned item has reache us. If your replacement item is not available, then do get in touch by email on shop@heydayonline to see if we are re-stocking it.


Overseas Returns
We can allow more wiggle room for you to return items, so please get in touch to let us know on email shop@heydayonline.co.uk. Since we do not reimburse shipping costs, some customers have found it cheaper and easier to sell on to their friends and purchase anew from us.
